Leeds United<\/a> are expected to post a new club-record revenue at Elland Road this season. <\/strong><\/p>\n

That is according to former Manchester City financial adviser Stefan Borson, who exclusively told Football Insider<\/strong> the Yorkshire giants\u2019 turnover could improve by around \u00a385million compared to last season. <\/p>\n

Leeds posted their latest accounts for 2024-25<\/a> earlier this month, showing their revenue improved from \u00a3128m in 2023-24 to \u00a3137m in their promotion-winning campaign. <\/p>\n

Daniel Farke\u2019s side have moved a step closer to securing their Premier League status for another season after beating Manchester United 2-1 at Old Trafford on Monday (13 April).\u00a0<\/p>\n

Speaking exclusively to\u00a0Football Insider<\/strong>,\u00a0Borson discussed whether Leeds could beat their club-record revenue this season, with the figure standing at \u00a3190m in 2022-23. <\/p>\n

\u201cEven if they finish in the bottom three, you can probably add another \u00a375m on top on broadcast compared to last season,\u201d said Borson.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019d think they\u2019ve sharpened commercial, but let\u2019s say they end up with another \u00a310m, so you\u2019re probably looking at \u00a385m. <\/p>\n

\u201cMatchday would be broadly the same because there are more games in the Championship. Obviously, when you get promotion, everybody loves it and turns up, so it doesn\u2019t really make that much difference whichever division you\u2019re in if you win the Championship and get promotion. <\/p>\n

\u201cI suspect you\u2019re looking at \u00a385m, which will take them over \u00a3200m for this season.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
