{"id":89987,"date":"2025-05-10T11:58:07","date_gmt":"2025-05-10T11:58:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/89987\/"},"modified":"2025-05-10T11:58:07","modified_gmt":"2025-05-10T11:58:07","slug":"race-result-10-may-2025-sha-tin-race-1-castle-peak-handicap-hk-racing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/89987\/","title":{"rendered":"Race Result | 10 May 2025 | Sha Tin | Race 1 CASTLE PEAK HANDICAP | HK Racing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>                      Racing Incident Report<\/p>\n<p>Horse No 1 ACCOLADE START (H331) K C Leung Bumped near the 350 Metres. <\/p>\n<p>After the event K C Leung advised that with blinkers being reapplied he was instructed to hold a more forward position than its most recent starts. <\/p>\n<p>Horse No 2 BEAUTIFUL WIN (J250) J Orman After the event J Orman advised that the instructions were to hold a midfield position. <\/p>\n<p>He said BEAUTIFUL WIN commenced well today and then when it travelled strongly in the early stages he elected to allow it to stride forward and lead. <\/p>\n<p>Horse No 3 JOLLY JUMPER (K110) P N Wong In the Home Straight lay in, resulting in its rider Apprentice P N Wong having to stop riding and straighten on a number of occasions. <\/p>\n<p>Sent for sampling post-race. <\/p>\n<p>Horse No 4 SMASHING EXPRESS (J252) B Avdulla Jumped only fairly. <\/p>\n<p>Horse No 5 SUPREME WINNER (J255) A Atzeni Near the 350 Metres had some difficulty obtaining clear running when improving into a narrow run between LAPRAS and ACCOLADE START. <\/p>\n<p>In this incident SUPREME WINNER made contact with ACCOLADE START. <\/p>\n<p>Horse No 6 SMART BEAUTY (G477) A Badel From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. <\/p>\n<p>Near the 750 Metres was steadied to avoid WINNING TURN. <\/p>\n<p>Horse No 7 FAMILY FORTUNE (H447) L Ferraris Near the 750 Metres was checked to avoid WINNING SEVEN when that runner was steadied when taken out slightly by WINNING TURN. <\/p>\n<p>After the event L Ferraris confirmed that his mount raced keenly in the middle stages and this was the principal reason for the horse having to be checked near the 750 Metres. <\/p>\n<p>Horse No 9 CHATEAU LE PECHE (H471) C L Chau Bumped at the start and then raced tight to the inside of SMART BEAUTY which shifted in slightly. <\/p>\n<p>From a wide barrier was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages. <\/p>\n<p>After the event C L Chau reported that his mount was out-paced in the early stages due to it stepping back in distance and as a result did not run on when placed under pressure in the Home Straight. <\/p>\n<p>A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. <\/p>\n<p>Horse No 10 CASA LEGEND (G126) M F Poon After the event M F Poon stated that when the pace of the event eased in the middle stages CASA LEGEND then had difficulty in finishing the race off strongly in the Home Straight. <\/p>\n<p>A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. <\/p>\n<p>Horse No 11 GANGNAM STAR (H326) Y L Chung Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. <\/p>\n<p>Horse No 12 LAPRAS (H374) M Chadwick Lay in in the early part of the Home Straight when placed under pressure. <\/p>\n<p>Sent for sampling post-race. <\/p>\n<p>Horse No 13 WINNING TURN (J163) H T Mo Made contact with a rail on the way to the Start, was examined by the Veterinary Officer and passed suitable to race. <\/p>\n<p>A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. <\/p>\n<p>Horse No 14 WINNING SEVEN (J005) K De Melo Jumped awkwardly, shifted out and made contact with CHATEAU LE PECHE. <\/p>\n<p>From a wide barrier was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages. <\/p>\n<p>Taken out slightly near the 750 Metres. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Racing Incident Report Horse No 1 ACCOLADE START (H331) K C Leung Bumped near the 350 Metres.
