The <a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" title=\"Countryfile\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/latest\/countryfile\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Countryfile<\/a> host received an outpouring of support following the announcement of the series&#8217; winners.<\/p>\n<p>Ioan Jones from Boduan and Sara Jenkins, who was raised on a farm in Talybont, Ceredigion, were awarded a 15-year lease for a sprawling 613-acre hill farm nestled in the foothills of Yr Wyddfa.<\/p>\n<p>The pair were declared the victors after finalists Ryan and Lowri, hailing from Conwy, opted to withdraw from the competition.<\/p>\n<p>Before the final episode, available on All4, Matt expressed his disbelief at the series&#8217; end on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/latest\/instagram\" data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|AutoLink\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram<\/a>: &#8220;I can&#8217;t believe that tonight, Saturday, is the final episode of Our Dream Farm.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Thank you all for watching and supporting our brilliant young applicants through the series,&#8221; reports Wales Online.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m sure you agree they all deserve a tenancy. I&#8217;ve loved shining a light on what our farmers do, a community I&#8217;m so proud to be part of, those who care for our countryside produce our food and look after our landscape all at the same time.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Alongside his heartfelt message, Matt posted a brief video from the farm discussing the finalist&#8217;s ultimate challenge &#8211; a sheepdog trial.<\/p>\n<p>Fans flocked to the comments section to express their appreciation for the series and send messages of support.<\/p>\n<p>One fan shared: &#8220;I&#8217;ve loved this series. It&#8217;s a tough decision, but I&#8217;ve fancied Lowrie and Ryan to win for a few weeks now.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Another fan praised the show, exclaiming: &#8220;It was a brilliant series. Many congratulations to the wonderful winners, hope the farm is everything you want it to become. To the other 6 potential tenants, you were just as wonderful. I wish you all your dream farm in your futures also.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A third was moved by the finale, stating: &#8220;Oh my days, what a final show. in tears x.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, another viewer asserted: &#8220;Best possible ending.
