A WOMAN has been sexually assaulted in a gift shop at a historic castle.<\/p>\n

The victim was attacked within Dover Castle, Kent,<\/a> at around 1.30pm on Sunday, police have said.<\/p>\n

Cops<\/a> are hunting a man described as “white and in his 40s”.<\/p>\n

He is described as having been wearing a black or grey tracksuit at the time of the attack.<\/p>\n

A spokesman for\u00a0Kent Police<\/a>\u00a0said: “It was reported that at around\u00a01.30pm\u00a0on Sunday 6\u00a0April 2025\u00a0a woman was\u00a0sexually assaulted by a man in the wartime tunnels.<\/p>\n

“The suspect is described as a white man in his 40s wearing a black or grey tracksuit.<\/p>\n

“Officers have carried out a number of enquiries, including reviewing CCTV footage. Investigators are now appealing for witnesses who have not yet spoken to the police.<\/p>\n
