The restaurant, which opened this past July, quietly served its final meal last Thursday. But in its place comes exciting news for fans of upscale kosher dining: the return of Nobo Wine &amp; Grill, helmed once again by Chef Joshua Massin.<\/p>\n<p>For years, Nobo was widely acclaimed as one of the top kosher fine dining destinations in the U.S., known for pushing boundaries with elevated technique and bold, globally inspired flavors. Now, it\u2019s making a comeback.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/yeahthatskosher.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/nobo-wine-grill-kosher-teaneck-joshua-massin-2.jpg\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" rel=\"follow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"710\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/nobo-wine-grill-kosher-teaneck-joshua-massin-2-1024x710.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-44162\"  \/><\/a>nobo before it\u2019s closure last decade<\/p>\n<p>Targeting a late May 2025 reopening, the return of Nobo brings with it a refreshed take on the upscale kosher dining experience that made the original so popular. Diners can expect a mix of Nobo\u2019s greatest hits from years past, plus new, elevated creations that reflect Chef Massin\u2019s continued evolution in the kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>Among the dishes already confirmed for the upcoming menu:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Variety of handmade Italian pasta dishes<\/li>\n<li>Braised veal spaetzle<\/li>\n<li>Bokkeumbap (Korean-style fried rice)<\/li>\n<li>Cherry onion glazed lamb riblets<\/li>\n<li>Veal salumi flatbread<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/nobo-inside.jpg\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" rel=\"follow\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"980\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/nobo-inside.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12260\"  \/><\/a>Nobo\u2019s interior (circa 2014)<\/p>\n<p>In true Massin fashion, the kitchen is already in prep mode\u2014fermenting and aging various meats, kimchi, and other vegetable ferments that can take weeks or months to develop properly. These long-lead preparations are being timed precisely for the restaurant\u2019s target opening date, ensuring that every flavor is matured and ready to impress come late spring.<\/p>\n<p>Fans of Massin\u2019s former project, <a href=\"https:\/\/yeahthatskosher.com\/2023\/06\/teanecks-narruto-bowl-has-permanently-closed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener follow\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Narruto Bowl<\/a>, can also look forward to a handful of familiar flavors\u2014some of its signature dishes will be upscaled and folded into the new Nobo menu.<\/p>\n<p>Nobo Wine &amp; Grill will reopen at <strong>1400 Palisade Avenue, Teaneck, NJ<\/strong>. It will be under the kosher certification of the <strong>RCBC<\/strong>.
