“A beach spot was always on the mind. Charl’s who helps me out, is from the Wirral, so that was another reason behind the location we’ve picked which is a five minute walk away from the beach.<\/p>\n
“It’s like it’s a completely new audience for us and we’re excited to bring the brand over there.”<\/p>\n
An opening date for the Wirral location is yet to be confirmed, but Sarah hopes it will be May.<\/p>\n
The new location is bittersweet for the 26-year-old, who spoke to her mum about her goal to get a trailer for the business before she died.<\/p>\n
Sarah describes the next chapter as an “emotional” one, as she “wouldn’t be where she is” without her mum starting the business in 2017.<\/p>\n
Sarah added: “When my mum was passing away, she gave us all funeral songs, and one of the songs was Everywhere by Fleetwood Mac. She said, ‘listen to the words’.<\/p>\n
“The song has come on at the craziest moments, like my most meaningful moments. When we went to collect the trailer, as we drove into the estate to pick it up, ‘Everywhere’ came on the radio. It was like a sign.”<\/p>\n
