It is as if they have already given up.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Windows were shattered at a school, kindergarten, church, museum, and an apartment building, while a gas pipeline was also damaged.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The blasts on the Rosneft \u2013 owned refineries deal a fresh blow to Putin\u2019s dwindling energy supplies.<\/p>\n<p>The strikes have choked off exports and damaged the cash flow to Putin\u2019s war machine.<\/p>\n<p>Fires and toxic rainfall following the multi-day attack continue into April 22 as Russians flee the stricken territory.<\/p>\n<p>Russian state media insist the noxious fumes, oil rain and sticky black residue will not have a negative impact on holiday plans to the coastal hotspot.<\/p>\n<p>The Kremlin nonetheless condemned the strikes as \u201cenvironmental terrorism\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>But a Ukrainian source clapped back: \u201cThis is Putin\u2019s fault. We proposed a ceasefire.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe rejected it and each day strikes our civilians.
