UKRAINIAN drone strikes have turned Russia\u2019s holiday coast into \u201cCosta del hell\u201d as toxic \u201coil rain\u201d pours down near Vlad\u2019s estate.<\/p>\n
Kyiv blasted two major oil plants in the Russian resort town of Tuapse and smothered the region in oil, fires and toxic black smoke. <\/p>\n

The toxic smog of the \u201cdisaster zone\u201d may even contaminate Putin\u2019s lair, a \u00a31 billion palace just 47 miles away from the stricken seaside hotspot.<\/p>\n
The overnight strikes on April 20 are the second of Kyiv\u2019s attacks on the oil plant in the last two weeks.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The escalating blasts follow Putin\u2019s refusal to hammer out a ceasefire deal over Easter.<\/p>\n
The Tuapse refinery had already halted operations after Ukrainian drones rained hell on the plant on April 16.<\/p>\n
The fires at the oil depot have been burning for three days and the oil rain is coating homes, cars and streets in a sticky, black residue.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Residents near the blitz site described the scenes as apocalyptic.<\/p>\n
A woman from Krivenkovskoye village, 25km northwest of Tuapse \u2014 in the direction of Putin\u2019s palace \u2014 said: \u201cWe have oil everywhere now.<\/p>\n
\u201cPuddles are black from oil, roads are covered with oil\u2026 it\u2019s so bad, I\u2019ve never seen anything like it.\u201d<\/p>\n
In Tuapse itself, locals report wildlife coated in fuel oil and unable to move.<\/p>\n
One resident wrote on social media: \u201cBirds, completely covered in oil\u2026 they cannot fly, cannot move. It is as if they have already given up.\u201d<\/p>\n
Windows were shattered at a school, kindergarten, church, museum, and an apartment building, while a gas pipeline was also damaged.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The blasts on the Rosneft \u2013 owned refineries deal a fresh blow to Putin\u2019s dwindling energy supplies.<\/p>\n
The strikes have choked off exports and damaged the cash flow to Putin\u2019s war machine.<\/p>\n
Fires and toxic rainfall following the multi-day attack continue into April 22 as Russians flee the stricken territory.<\/p>\n
Russian state media insist the noxious fumes, oil rain and sticky black residue will not have a negative impact on holiday plans to the coastal hotspot.<\/p>\n
The Kremlin nonetheless condemned the strikes as \u201cenvironmental terrorism\u201d.<\/p>\n
But a Ukrainian source clapped back: \u201cThis is Putin\u2019s fault. We proposed a ceasefire.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe rejected it and each day strikes our civilians. How are we supposed to respond.\u201d<\/p>\n
