An Oasis Market trader that lost their pitch when Priory Square closed for good has announced it has found a new city centre home.<\/p>\n
Game HQ was set within the 54-year-old Oasis Market until it shut ‘indefinitely’ due to health and safety concerns<\/a> in March.<\/p>\n The stall sells trading cards including Pokemon and Magic the Gathering as well as other games and figures.<\/p>\n Read more: The Oasis Market in Birmingham won’t reopen as Priory Square shuts ‘indefinitely’<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Read more: Priory Square shuts ‘indefinitely’ live as shop tenancies ‘brought to end’<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Game HQ is now setting up shop at Great Western Arcade, one of Birmingham’s most beautiful heritage shopping centres, opening on Tuesday, May 13.<\/p>\n Great Western Arcade (GWA) welcomed much-loved Oasis Market record stall Ignite Records for a temporary pop-up in time for record store day while long-time Oasis piercing business Dolly Rockers has taken up temporary residency within GWA salon Cora Hair.<\/p>\n Game HQ will take over Unit 14 in the arcade where it will sell new items while preparing to return to its regular practice of buying and trading cards.<\/p>\n Announcing the opening online, the business wrote: “Good morning all.
