Ambre Grasset won the women\u2019s race in a sprint finish, edging Austria\u2019s Carina Reicht on a photo finish, with Switzerland\u2019s Anouk Danna third. Spain\u2019s best finisher was Noelia Juan in fourth.<\/p>\n<p class=\"v-p\">In the men\u2019s race, Louis Vitiello led a French one-two ahead of Tristan Douche, while Germany\u2019s Jaspar Ortfield took bronze.
