Tyler Dibling<\/a> isn\u2019t likely to see his Everton<\/a> minutes improve anytime soon.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 20-year-old has had a massively disappointing season since his big-money summer move from Southampton.<\/p>\n

His early performances weren\u2019t anything to write home about, but he has since found himself watching from the sidelines every week.<\/p>\n

The attacking midfielder hasn\u2019t featured since March, and even that was a single minute off the bench in the 2-0 win over Burnley.<\/p>\n

That isn\u2019t looking likely to improve as Everton prepare to face Manchester City<\/a>, with Dibling having already struggled against Pep Guardiola\u2019s men this campaign.<\/p>\n

In just his sixth outing with the Toffees, Dibling came off the bench against Manchester City and had a day to forget.<\/p>\n

The 18 October clash saw the then 19-year-old feature for just four minutes, during which he managed only four touches and two accurate passes.<\/p>\n

His showing wasn\u2019t helped by him losing two duels with a zero per cent success rate and picking up a yellow card as the hosts ran out 2-0 winners thanks to an Erling Haaland brace.<\/p>\n

Everton\u2019s defeat away to Man City<\/a> wasn\u2019t Dibling\u2019s fault, but it doesn\u2019t paint a good picture moving into the reverse fixture.<\/p>\n

Guardiola\u2019s men are the next side set to play at Hill Dickinson Stadium for the first time since the move from Goodison.<\/p>\n

The Spaniard will be hoping for a repeat of the early-season meeting after securing a comfortable three points at the Etihad.<\/p>\n

City maintained 71 per cent of possession, while creating 2.38 expected goals across their 19 shots on the day.<\/p>\n
