{"id":926151,"date":"2026-04-29T10:47:20","date_gmt":"2026-04-29T10:47:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/926151\/"},"modified":"2026-04-29T10:47:20","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T10:47:20","slug":"two-range-stores-in-northern-ireland-part-of-67m-sale-and-leaseback-offer-the-irish-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/926151\/","title":{"rendered":"Two Range stores in Northern Ireland part of \u00a367m sale and leaseback offer \u2013 The Irish News"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Two of fast-growth discount retailer The Range\u2019s stores &#8211; those in Glengormley and Banbridge &#8211; are part of a \u00a367 million UK-wide sale and leaseback offer being undertaken by CBRE.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The commercial property agency is seeking offers for the opportunity to acquire a sale and leaseback portfolio from what is one of the UK\u2019s most resilient retail brands.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The portfolio comprises 10 stores including two in Northern Ireland, with CBRE NI seeking offers in excess of \u00a312.2m for the Glengormley and Banbridge stores.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Six of the assets are located across England, with one in Wales, and one in the Republic. <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"c-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.irishnews.com\/news\/business\/live-autumn-budget-2024-S2YSBNNOQZBJLFMAAHVSHUBUUA\/\" aria-hidden=\"true\" tabindex=\"-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-chromatic=\"ignore\" alt=\"Live: Autumn Budget 2024\" class=\"c-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/1777459638_563_OGWGZFKFDFGD5JWH7BB3IMK7FM.png\"  width=\"800\" height=\"450\"\/><\/a><a class=\"c-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.irishnews.com\/news\/business\/warrenpoint-odour-complaints-came-from-man-in-ballymena-IQMI2FNDXBBYRLMU4C5HGXFLLA\/\" aria-hidden=\"true\" tabindex=\"-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-chromatic=\"ignore\" alt=\"Warrenpoint odour complaints &#x2018;came from man in Ballymena&#x2019;\" class=\"c-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/V4GH4RYZ6VMDZP6YOJDIVOH2J4.jpg\"  width=\"800\" height=\"450\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">All assets in the portfolio will be fully let to Range parent company CDS (Superstores International) Ltd, providing investors with a secure, long income profile. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The Range will provide a rare 15-year lease term with no break options and built in growth with five-yearly CPI linked rent reviews.
