Princess Kate<\/a> is one of the most prominent members of the Royal Family – she is known for her elegance and for being the perfect princess. Whether Kate<\/a> is meeting the public, attending a glittering event or getting stuck into sporting activities, she\u2019s always prepared for the occasion, reports Hello! Magazine<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Fans are often quick to comment on her posture, taking to social media to share their admiration, with praising comments such as: \u201cKate<\/a> seriously has the most regal posture. Kate<\/a> literally commands the entire room. So much poise and class,\u201d and: \u201cPrincess Kate has really fantastic posture.\u201d You may not have noticed her posture but celebrity fashion expert Miranda Holder<\/a> said on TikTok<\/a> (@themirandaholder) that Kate uses one particular \u201cstyle hack\u201d at every outing \u201cwithout fail\u201d.<\/p>\n

In the viral video, Ms Holder explained how Kate<\/a> has been \u201ctrained\u201d to \u201calways keep her chin parallel to the ground\u201d.<\/p>\n

She explained: \u201cShe doesn’t tilt it down, she doesn’t tilt it up. That ensures a flattering photograph every single time.\u201d<\/p>\n

By keeping this stance Kate<\/a> also ensures she looks alert, which is an important quality the Duchess must have while out and about chatting to the public.<\/p>\n

Myka Meier, founder of Beaumont Etiquette, previously told the Sun Online: \u201cHolding your chin parallel helps maintain posture while sitting, standing, walking and descending.\u201d<\/p>\n

To achieve Kate<\/a>‘s perfect posture, Ms Meier added that \u201cone should keep their back straight, chin parallel to the floor and square the shoulders.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for sitting in a \u201cformal setting\u201d, people should \u201cavoid leaning back in the chair or using arm rests because both movements will break posture.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Princess attended the VE celebrations<\/a> on Monday May 5 along with her family to mark the 80th anniversary of the day.<\/p>\n

While she was there, she shared a heartfelt conversation with a veteran. The future Queen<\/a> was snapped taking her seat next to her family ahead of the military procession<\/a>. But during the ceremony, Kate was seen sharing a sweet moment with Royal British Legion Veteran, Bernard Morgan, who was sat next to her, as they both chatted throughout the event.<\/p>\n
