One local resident said she was woken by noise in the flat block at around 2am. She then heard more noise at around 4am.<\/p>\n
“I went out and the ambulance and police were there”, she told the M.E.N. “They were there from 4 in the morning until about 9 o’clock. It’s so sad.”<\/p>\n
In a statement, a GMP spokesperson said: “We responded to an address on Red Bank, Manchester following reports of a concern for welfare at around 4am this morning (30\/04\/26). Officers attended and despite best efforts of emergency services, a man aged in his 30s was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n
