Amazon Prime has recently expanded its catalogue with several seasons of a show that ‘did what American Horror Story couldn’t.’<\/p>\n

The retail giant has added the first three seasons of the anthology show Channel Zero to its roster.<\/p>\n

Similar to the popular FX anthology series, each season presents a unique and unsettling narrative.<\/p>\n

With a total of four seasons produced, the majority of the series is now available for Amazon viewers to delve into.<\/p>\n

Each season delivers a fresh, chilling tale that will captivate any horror enthusiast.<\/p>\n

Season one, titled Candle Cove, follows a child psychologist who returns to his hometown to investigate if his brother’s disappearance is linked to a string of similar incidents or possibly a strange children’s TV show that aired concurrently.<\/p>\n

The second season, No-End House, revolves around a young woman and her friends who visit a house of horrors, only to question whether it’s merely a tourist attraction or something far more sinister. The third chapter, Butcher’s Block, tracks a young woman and her schizophrenic sister as they move to a city plagued by a series of disappearances, reports Surrey Live<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Upon suspecting a link to an enigmatic rumour, they must unite to uncover the entity terrorising the city’s inhabitants. The series draws its plotlines from popular creepypastas, typically characterised as horror-themed legends or images circulated on the internet.<\/p>\n

The show continues to receive high praise from fans and is often recommended to horror enthusiasts. Drawing parallels with similar anthology series, a critic for Collider even asserted that ” Channel Zero did what American Horror Story couldn’t adding: ” adding: “Channel Zero never lost sight of being an amalgamation of themes, but it did it all while remaining truly terrifying.”<\/p>\n

This sentiment was echoed by Gamespot, which hailed the show as ‘one of the best horror TV shows ever’. Another reviewer dubbed it as ‘TV’s most underrated horror series’.<\/p>\n

It holds an impressive 93% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, with the second and third seasons achieving perfect scores.<\/p>\n

One fan offered their take on the series, stating: “Somewhere between American Horror Story and Stranger Things. Channel Zero provides subtle horrors shared by children around the world.
