Stars from BBC Strictly Come Dancing queued at a viral bakery in the capital ahead of their show at the Edinburgh Playhouse on Friday.<\/p>\n

Professional dancers Gorka Marquez and Julian Caillon waited to get their hands on items at Lannan Bakery in Stockbridge.<\/p>\n

Their visit came only only hours before they were set to take to the stage for Strictly The Professionals on May 1.<\/p>\n

Sharing an image on social media, Julian said Gorka was “excited” to visit the popular food spot in the capital while a large queue continued behind them. Gorka later shared an image of a bag filled with baked goods.<\/p>\n

Lannan Bakery in Stockbridge has become popular over the years with locals arriving at the store before 7am to be the first inside.<\/p>\n

Every weekend since opening in 2023, huge queues have been spotted on the street with the owner having to implement measures with a limit of two of each pastries per person introduced in June 2024.<\/p>\n
