Elon Musk set the record straight after being accused of enjoying a m\u00e9nage \u00e0 trois with two mega stars.<\/p>\n

The Tesla<\/a> boss, 54, was alleged to have rolled around in the sheets with actress Amber Heard<\/a> and model Cara Delevingne.<\/p>\n

Rumours of this ‘three-way affair’ run rampant a few years back when Heard was in court fighting a defamation lawsuit<\/a> waged by her former husband Johnny Depp<\/a>, 62. <\/p>\n

After a six-week trial, a jury found the Aquaman<\/a> star’s op-ed in the Washington Post about domestic violence contained statements that were false, defamatory, and made with malice.<\/p>\n

Pirates of the Caribbean actor Depp was awarded a total of $15 million in damages, which was subsequently reduced to $10.35 million.<\/p>\n

Heard, 40, walked away with $2 million in damages<\/a> in relation to her countersuit, despite losing the legal battle.<\/p>\n

But before the jury reached their verdict, a number of depositions were carried out – and the ex-husband of Heard’s former best friend, Raquel Pennington, is among those who offered testimony.<\/p>\n

Josh Drew claimed that he was previously informed that ‘Amber Heard was having an affair with Carla Delevingne while she was still married to Johnny Depp’, according to Page Six<\/a>.<\/p>\n

After being asked if the trio had ‘spent the night together’ and if they ‘were having a three-way affair’, he responded ‘yes’ both times during the deposition. <\/p>\n

Musk dated<\/a> Heard in wake of her divorce from Depp, but each of them have denied that there was any kind of crossover. <\/p>\n

According to Drew, the A-list tryst occurred at a Los Angeles<\/a> penthouse in late 2016. <\/p>\n

However, Musk<\/a> insisted that the allegations of him hooking up with Heard and Delevingne had no substance. <\/p>\n

In a statement, the billionaire established the timeline involving him and Heard, while stating that he had ‘never’ been intimate with 33-year-old Brit model Delevingne. <\/p>\n

“Cara and I are friends, but we\u2019ve never been intimate,” Musk told Page Six in 2020. “She would confirm this. <\/p>\n

“Also, I wish to confirm again that Amber and I only started going out about a month after her divorce filing,’ Musk added. “I don\u2019t think I was ever even in the vicinity of Amber during their marriage!” <\/p>\n

He went on to address the lawsuit that was ongoing between Heard and Depp at the time, saying he reckoned that the pair should forgive and forget. <\/p>\n

Musk added: “I would recommend that everyone involved bury the hatchet and move on.<\/p>\n

“Life is too short for such extended negativity. Nobody is going to say, after it\u2019s all over, that they wished the court battle had lasted longer!”<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for the SpaceX founder also denied the claims in a statement shared around the same time, which read: “Elon and Amber didn’t start seeing each other until May 2016, and even then it was infrequent,<\/p>\n

“Their relationship didn’t become romantic until some time later.”<\/p>\n
