The\u00a0independent day and boarding school was based at the historic Moravian settlement of Fulneck and dated back to 1753.<\/p>\n<p>This week the grade 1 Listed building and extensive grounds was marketed on the<a href=\"https:\/\/hilcoglobal.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Hilco Global<\/a> real estate solutions website as a \u2018rare opportunity to acquire and reposition a substantial former school estate\u2019. <\/p>\n<p>The property includes part of the Grade I listed eastern and western terraces, alongside a range of ancillary buildings.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"680\" height=\"453\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/fulneck-school-view.jpg\" alt=\"fulneck school view\" class=\"wp-image-104110\"  \/>Fulneck School in Pudsey<\/p>\n<p>Offers are invited for the freehold interest, either as a whole or in separate lots.<\/p>\n<p>The marketing brochure for the site states: \u201cThe scale and character of the estate lend themselves to either continued educational or institutional use, or a comprehensive conversion and redevelopment scheme, supported by strong surrounding residential demand and excellent regional connectivity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It adds the buildings could be used for residential conversion, later living or care accommodation, educational or specialist provision or community or institutional use, subject to planning.<\/p>\n<p>The Robinson building at the former school will be retained the Moravian Church.<\/p>\n<p>More details on the sale listing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hilcovs.co.uk\/sale-list\/fulneck-school\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Fulneck School was established in 1753 in order to provide an education for the sons and daughters of the church\u2019s ministers and missionaries.
