{"id":940365,"date":"2026-05-05T23:59:27","date_gmt":"2026-05-05T23:59:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/940365\/"},"modified":"2026-05-05T23:59:27","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T23:59:27","slug":"pudsey-join-the-greenside-greenway-groups-agm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/940365\/","title":{"rendered":"Pudsey: Join the Greenside Greenway group&#8217;s AGM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Campaigners hoping to create a greenway on a former railway line linking Pudsey to Tyersal\u00a0are inviting residents to their annual general meeting and campaign update.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The AGM of the Greenside Greenway will be held on Tuesday, 12 May from 7.30pm at The Royal Hotel, Station Street.<\/p>\n<p>As well as receiving reports about activities over the last year, Graeme Bromley will talk about the \u2018History of the Railway Line Through Pudsey\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of Greenside Greenway group is to have a greenway route utilising Greenside Tunnel and Tyersal Embankment, enabling walkers, cyclists and horse riders to enjoy a traffic free route on the old railway line.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, 16 May, trains will be back in Pudsey again.
