Once the last stars have walked<\/a> the red (or green) carpet<\/a>, the livestream<\/a> has ended, and most of the cameras have stopped snapping at the Met Gala 2026<\/a>, the real fun begins. This year, guests explored the museum\u2019s new Cond\u00e9 M. Nast Galleries<\/a>, where the spring exhibition, \u201cCostume Art,\u201d<\/a> sat for a garden-inspired dinner<\/a> at the Temple of Dendur, and took in musical performances by<\/a> Sabrina Carpenter<\/a> and Stevie Knicks.<\/a><\/p>\n

And aside from the rare, forbidden bathroom selfie, photos from inside the event are hard to come by. Luckily, Vogue had photographer Francesc Planes<\/a> on the scene, capturing all the candid moments you won\u2019t see anywhere else. The Paris-based photographer, who has shot many a fashion week and whose work spans documentary and fashion photography, turned his lens toward attendees as they enjoyed the evening.<\/p>\n
