A controversial speaker had curry thrown at him during a roadside debate outside a Bristol University study centre.<\/p>\n
An activist known as \u2018Young Bob\u2019, who describes himself on social media as a 17-year-old “Christian Pro-life Remigration activist”, was speaking outside the university\u2019s Senate House building last Wednesday (April 29) when the incident happened.<\/p>\n
The teen’s YouTube channel shared footage stating he had been “attacked with a tub of curry at Bristol University while debating deportations, as a heated exchange escalated during a contentious discussion on campus”.<\/p>\n
A clip appeared to show a young woman calling Young Bob a \u201cracist\u201d, which he denied, before another person walked up to the debate stand and launched a tub of curry at him.<\/p>\n
The woman can be heard saying: \u201cYou are literally a racist, why are we allowing racism on campus?<\/p>\n
\u201cYou know what the issue is now, intellectual apathy -\u201d<\/p>\n
She is then cut off when a young man walks up to Young Bob and throws curry on him as he holds a hand up to block it.<\/p>\n

A crowd can be heard cheering as the young activist is left covered in curry but with a smile on his face.<\/p>\n
Following the debate, Young Bob wrote on X: \u201cWell, today was absolutely mental. I went to Bristol University, I had a tub of curry thrown at me.<\/p>\n
\u201cSeveral people tried to steal my banner and equipment.<\/p>\n
\u201cHowever, I captured a large audience. I didn\u2019t get hurt in any significant way.\u201d<\/p>\n
The ‘Change My Mind’ debate was part of a project he describes as a “youth movement doing a tour of left-wing universities every single week on a Wednesday”.<\/p>\n
