from Elland Road on loan.

The likes of Joe Gelhardt, Largie Ramazani, Jack Harrison, Mateo Joseph, Max Wober, Isaac Schmidt and Harry Gray all left the club for regular gametime.

It has been a mixed bag for the Whites’ loanees, and some may have a harder time than others convincing Daniel Farke that their future remains in Yorkshire.

The Peacocks look set to play Premier League football next season, unless a drastic turnaround in fortunes happens in the final three matches.

Here, MOT Leeds News arguably the most interesting player set to come back to Leeds.

He notched 14 goals and five assists in 39 Championship matches in his loan spell at Hull City.

<img Breaking Media

The Whites are understood to be looking for between £3million to £5m to move him on, but those numbers suggest he should remain with the Whites.

Largie Ramazani – Sell

Ramazani has never really worked his way into Farke’s plans in Yorkshire.

He has excelled at Valencia, notching six goals and two assists in 27 matches in all competitions, but that does not mean he should come into the side.

Both clubs should look to part ways in the summer.

Jack Harrison – Sell

This one is the most obvious decision on the list, as Harrison has already burned bridges with the Leeds support.

He was booed in the pre-season friendly against Manchester United, and he has not hit the heights on loan with Fiorentina with one goal and three assists.

Harrison’s stats for Fiorentina

Serie Whites may have to find an alternative buyer.

Mateo Joseph – Sell

Joseph has endured a cruel spell away from the Peacocks.

He had played 30 times for Mallorca, with two goals and four assists, but his season was ended by an anterior cruciate ligament injury.

The ideal scenario for Farke’s side would be a sale, but that looks unlikely given that he faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

Max Wober – Sell

Wober is a forgotten man at Leeds, spending the season with Bundesliga side Werder Bremen.

He has been largely forgotten by their fans too as he has featured just once due to persistent injury issues.

That could make him hard to shift, but he has no future with the Whites, and an exit must be a priority in the summer.

Isaac Schmidt – Sell

Schmidt has never really made it into Farke’s thoughts, and a loan to Werder Bremen was the best move for all parties.

He has made 17 appearances in the league, which is not a bad figure, but he is not a regular by any means.

The player and the Whites should seek an end to their association when the transfer market reopens, as he is not going to change the boss’ mind anytime soon.

Harry Gray – Keep

Gray is still young and highly rated at Leeds, so he must be kept in the summer.

He made 20 appearances for Rotherham, notching three goals and one assist in his first taste of senior football.

He is part of the Gray family, which is synonymous with the club, so every effort must be made to help him try to succeed.

Credit: Imago Wed 6 May 2026 20:10, UK Leeds United have a couple of talented
