Amad has become the latest Manchester United player to throw his support behind Michael Carrick becoming the next head coach, but he also praised another coach.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Since taking charge of Manchester United<\/a> in January, Michael Carrick<\/a> has overseen a revolution at Old Trafford, dragging a hopeless side to third in the league.<\/p>\n

Champions League football is guaranteed<\/a> after last weekend\u2019s win against Liverpool, which puts Carrick as the favourite to become the permanent<\/a> boss.<\/p>\n

Now, Amad<\/a> has backed Carrick to get the nod. But also hails one other staff member who cannot be forgotten about.<\/p>\n

Amad has given an interview to Sky Sports<\/a> ahead of this weekend\u2019s trip to his former club Sunderland, with Carrick a topic of conversation.<\/p>\n

\u201cEven when you are in tough moments, he\u2019s there to talk to you, he\u2019s there to help you, and it\u2019s something that is very important. We are really happy to have him as a manager.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think the biggest change, maybe, is because the team is now more impactful.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the dressing room, we are really together, every mistake is not a problem, your mistake is my mistake, so we are a team that doesn\u2019t care if you make a mistake, you go again, so we go forward, we want to win as a team.\u201d<\/p>\n

Amad also pointed out the much-hailed impact of Travis Binnion<\/a> as key.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s something that changed the team, and I think it\u2019s also because of Michael Carrick and his staff, don\u2019t forget also Trav [Travis Binnion], and the other staff.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey are really important for the team, and they bring that kind of energy to the team, and that is very important.\u201d<\/p>\n

Binnion\u2019s appointment went under the radar<\/a>, but it looks to have been a masterstroke by United, as he\u2019s been raved about since.<\/p>\n

Early in the spell as a first-team coach, Insiders hailed Binnion\u2019s impact under Carrick<\/a>, particularly with forwards with whom he was spending time individually.<\/p>\n

Because of how impressive he\u2019s been, it can be assumed that when Carrick\u2019s role as head coach is confirmed, he will retain Binnion.<\/p>\n

This likely means Adam Lawrence will stay on as U21 head coach, which would be good news for the club as well.<\/p>\n

Binnion deserves his flowers based solely on the improvements Benjamin Sesko has showcased under his tutelage.<\/p>\n

His role won\u2019t be forgotten as Amad has now asked.<\/p>\n
