For the fifth year in a row, Spanish National Radio (RNE) is dedicating the entire Eurovision week to the song contest, with live coverage from Basel, exclusive reports, and a special Grand Final broadcast airing for the first time on shortwave via Radio Exterior.<\/strong><\/p>\n David Asensio<\/strong>, Luis Miguel Montes<\/strong>, and Sara Calvo<\/strong> will be reporting from Switzerland<\/strong> throughout the week, bringing behind-the-scenes stories, rehearsal updates, and all the latest on Spain\u2019s<\/strong> entry, Melody<\/strong>, to listeners back home.<\/p>\n Special Eurovision content will feature across RNE\u2019s<\/strong> top shows, including Las ma\u00f1anas, Las tardes, Puede ser peor, and No es un d\u00eda cualquiera.<\/strong> Other RNE stations will also join in, such as Radio 3\u2019s Hoy empieza todo, Radio 4\u2019s Xavif\u00f2rnia, Radio 5\u2019s M\u00e1s cerca, and Radio Exterior\u2019s La cresta de la onda.<\/strong><\/p>\n Special Grand Final broadcast<\/p>\n On 17 May, from 21:00 to 02:00 CET, RNE will air a Eurovision Grand Final special hosted by David Asensio<\/strong>, alongside Sara Calvo<\/strong>, Luis Miguel Montes<\/strong>, and the Puede ser peor<\/strong> team. The show will be broadcast from both Basel<\/strong> and Madrid, <\/strong>and for the first time ever, also on shortwave via Radio Exterior<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Eurovision Song Contest 2025 will be held in Basel, Switzerland<\/strong>, with the semi-finals on 13 and 15 May<\/strong>, and the Grand Final on 17 May<\/strong>.
