A new PS5 console bundle has been quietly listed on Sony’s PlayStation Direct<\/a> webstore, offering the base PS5 system with a disc drive along with a two-year subscription to PS Plus Premium<\/strong><\/a>. It’s available now in the UK for \u00a3679.99.<\/p>\n

The same website is selling the PS5 console on its own for \u00a3479.99, so the 24 months of PS Plus Premium is being bundled in for an additional \u00a3200. PS Plus Premium is currently \u00a3119.99 for a one-year subscription in the UK, so this bundle represents a \u00a340 saving.<\/p>\n

PS Plus Premium offers all the benefits of PS Plus Essential<\/strong><\/a> and the mid-tier PS Plus Extra<\/strong><\/a>, and then throws classic PS1, PS2, PSP, and streaming PS3 titles on top. The service is updated with a handful of new games every month, with the next set scheduled to be confirmed this coming Wednesday, 14th May.<\/p>\n
