Ethan Ampadu has sent a heartfelt message to Leeds fans after they confirmed promotion back to the Premier League.<\/strong><\/p>\n It has been a week of celebrations for the club, after Manor Solomon\u2019s 91st minute winner against Plymouth ensured Leeds went up as champions<\/a>.<\/p>\n There was an open-top bus parade through the city, with thousands of fans lining the streets to commemorate their Championship success. <\/p>\n Leeds captain Ampadu made the most of the party<\/a>, leading chants about his team-mates and even wearing a traffic cone on his head.<\/p>\n The Welshman made 29 league appearances for the Yorkshire-based club, helping them pip Burnley to the title.<\/p>\n After an outstanding season for the Elland Road outfit, Ampadu<\/a> took to Instagram to reflect on their triumphant campaign.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n MORE FOOTBALL INSIDER STORIES<\/p>\n The midfielder posted a compilation video which included him lifting the Championship trophy, with the popular Leeds anthem \u201cI predict a riot\u201d playing in the background.<\/p>\n Leeds United finished top with 100 points<\/p>\n In the caption, the club captain had a message for Leeds supporters: \u201cWhat a team, what a fanbase, what a city.
