Around 8.30am on May 8, police and paramedics were spotted on Station Road, Corstorphine.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The exact nature of the incident has not been confirmed, but it&#8217;s understood to be a medical issue. The Scottish Ambulance Service dispatched three paramedic response units and an ambulance to the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Two police cars were also in attendance. The patient was taken to hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">A SAS spokesperson said: &#8220;We received a call at 08:27 to attend an incident on Station Road, Edinburgh.
