Britain’s Got Talent<\/a> fans have demanded a format change on the ITV<\/a> talent show over an ‘unfair’ advantage.<\/p>\n The ITV show is back for its third live semi-final and frustrated fans have been left fuming over the new format. This year, at the live semi-finals, each judge will have a chance to hold the power and put one act through.<\/p>\n The special Golden Buzzer allows them to send someone straight to the final, but they can only use it once – and during that act. Some fans have been left fuming by the format, saying it is unfair.<\/p>\n Britain’s Got Talent fans had their say(Image: ITV)<\/p>\n “Golden buzzer seriously needs to be leff until everyone is on stage for the final results. As in, after everyone has performed,” one fan wrote. Another added: “How many more acts are going straight to the final. What happens to public choice. #BGT<\/a>.”<\/p>\n A third penned: “I’m late to this and only catching up now but how can you have a golden buzzer to put an act through to the final before seeing all of them? Bizarre concept that doesn’t work and makes zero sense. #BGT<\/a>.”<\/p>\n Comedian Ted Hill is one of the show hopefuls set to appear on the talent programme tonight, <\/a>after being the golden buzzer choice of hosts Ant McPartlin<\/a> and Dec Donnelly.<\/p>\n The hopeful, who showed his comedy skills using a PowerPoint presentation and speaking about his real life experiences with autism and ADHD, is hoping he will make it through to the final tonight.<\/p>\n “I\u2019m really excited and I told Ant and Dec about a couple of different ideas that I had and what direction to go in. And their advice to me was to be weird<\/a>, to really go for it,” he exclusively told The Mirror<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve decided that I just want to be as authentic to myself as possible, and if I don’t get through because I was too much like myself, then I don’t think I will have any regrets. I’ve decided to fully commit to the weirdness of my personality. And I’ve done something a little bit sciencey that involves my science knowledge to make a special gift for Simon Cowell. Because I got the golden buzzer from Ant and Dec I didn\u2019t get any feedback from Simon in my audition so I\u2019m hoping he will like this one.\u201d<\/p>\n Asked what it would mean to win Britain\u2019s Got Talent, Ted hopes it would change his career but also inspire others.<\/p>\n He said: \u201cMy dream is to sort of find a bigger audience, to find people out there that like comedy that’s a bit different.
