{"id":950577,"date":"2026-05-10T14:17:24","date_gmt":"2026-05-10T14:17:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/950577\/"},"modified":"2026-05-10T14:17:24","modified_gmt":"2026-05-10T14:17:24","slug":"murder-charge-after-body-found-in-bristol-rooftop-garden","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/950577\/","title":{"rendered":"Murder charge after body found in Bristol rooftop garden"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\"><b class=\"ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3\">A man has been charged with murder after a body was found in a rooftop garden.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Anthony Clemmings, known as Tony, was found dead at a block of flats in Redcliff Street, Bristol, at about 08:20 BST on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Nigel Lubban, aged 50 and of no fixed abode, was arrested in the West Midlands on Friday and has now been charged with the 54-year-old&#8217;s murder. He is due to appear at Bristol Magistrates&#8217; Court on Monday.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">After his death, Clemmings&#8217; family described their &#8220;much-loved son, brother and uncle&#8221; as a &#8220;lovely man to all those that truly knew him&#8221;.
