Ben White was pictured leaving the London Stadium wearing a brace on his right knee after Arsenal’s win over West Ham.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Gunners defender was forced off during the first half of Arsenal’s 1-0 win on Sunday. <\/p>\n

White<\/a> came off worse in a challenge with Crysencio Summerville; the England international was left stricken on the pitch as the Hammers raced forward on the attack.<\/p>\n

He remained in agony once play had stopped, with the Arsenal<\/a> medical staff providing treatment.<\/p>\n

However, White was unable to continue and was replaced by Martin Zubimendi after limping off.<\/p>\n

After the game, White was pictured walking through the media’s mixed zone wearing a brace on his right leg, although he did not require crutches.<\/p>\n

His potential injury blow could provide a selection headache for Mikel Arteta<\/a> ahead of the Champions League final<\/a> on Saturday, May 30.<\/p>\n

The trip to face the Hammers marked White’s fifth successive start in all competitions for Arsenal.<\/p>\n

World Cup worry<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, it comes less than two weeks before Thomas Tuchel<\/a> names his Three Lions squad<\/a> for this summer’s World Cup.<\/p>\n

White was recalled by the England boss<\/a> in March after almost four years away from the national team.<\/p>\n

The 28-year-old had not featured since leaving the squad early during the 2022 World Cup.<\/p>\n

Gareth Southgate and interim boss Lee Carsley subsequently snubbed recalling White before his return under Tuchel.<\/p>\n

White scored his first international goal in the draw with Uruguay before starting against Japan four days later.<\/p>\n

Tuchel is set to name his final England squad for the World Cup on Friday, May 22.<\/p>\n

As for Arsenal, they remain in the hunt for two trophies this season with just three matches remaining across all competitions.<\/p>\n

Following their trip to the London Stadium, they host Burnley<\/a> next weekend.<\/p>\n

Mikel Arteta’s side then conclude their Premier League<\/a> campaign away to Crystal Palace on May 24.<\/p>\n

The win on Sunday sees Arsenal go five points clear of title rivals Manchester City with two league games to go, although Pep Guardiola’s side have a game in hand on them. <\/p>\n
