{"id":953045,"date":"2026-05-11T17:17:28","date_gmt":"2026-05-11T17:17:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/953045\/"},"modified":"2026-05-11T17:17:28","modified_gmt":"2026-05-11T17:17:28","slug":"baywatch-reboot-targets-january-2027-launch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/953045\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Baywatch&#8221; Reboot Targets January 2027 Launch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>            <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/baywatch-reboot-targets-january-2027-premiere.jpg\" data-caption=\"FOX\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" class=\"entry-thumb td-modal-image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/baywatch-reboot-targets-january-2027-premiere.jpg\"   alt=\"\" title=\"baywatch-reboot-targets-january-2027-premiere\"\/><\/a>FOX<\/p>\n<p>FOX has announced that its upcoming \u201cBaywatch\u201d reboot won\u2019t be coming this year after all.<\/p>\n<p>While the hope had been that the show would be ready for the Fall, the network unveiled its next season slate on a conference call yesterday with media and revealed the show is now targeting a late January 2027 debut.<\/p>\n<p>Stephen Amell, Noah Beck, Shay Mitchell, Livvy Dunne and Brooks Nader star while Erika Eleniak and David Chokachi will reprise their roles from the original.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Thorn, president of the Fox broadcast channel, says:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s only one Baywatch.  It\u2019s one of the most iconic, popular television franchises in TV history.  We have a rich history and of launching series midseason\u2026 it goes all the way back to 24 and Empire and the 9-1-1s and The Resident.
