And while the home itself may not be laden with amenities, the building offers a few perks: Residents have access to a communal garden on the ground level, secure underground parking, and a dedicated 24-hour concierge.<\/p>\n

\n\tBuying into the Carlton Gardens address may also make you neighbors with some well-known names. Back in 2019, the billionaire hedge funder Ken Griffin snapped up<\/a> the nearby 3 Carlton Gardens for a whopping $122 million. At the time, his purchase of the Georgian mansion with private gardens and a pool was the most expensive home sale in the United Kingdom since 2011.<\/p>\n
