More recently, it\u2019s undergone a chic refresh by the firm Nuhu Developments, with the home now featuring plush Kelly Wearstler furniture and colorful artwork by the abstract painter Andr\u00e9 Lanskoy, available separately in the sale.<\/p>\n

A stone fireplace adds a classic touch, while a dark-wood media console with two window seats gives a modern feel. A geometric-tiled hallway takes you to an additional room with mirrored closets, from which you can walk out to the rooftop terrace. Up here, you\u2019ll also find a sleek kitchen with stone countertops and an eat-in breakfast bar, plus a funky powder room wrapped in line-drawing wallpaper.<\/p>\n

Downstairs, on the building\u2019s sixth floor, lie all three bedrooms. The primary is paired with an ample dressing room and a bathroom covered in veined marble. Here, an oversize soaking tub sits beneath a window that overlooks the city. The additional two bedrooms\u2014calming, minimalistic spaces\u2014have their own en suites, one of which sports striking pink marble from floor to ceiling.<\/p>\n

On the market for a hair under $19 million, the penthouse is listed with Sotheby\u2019s International Realty and Alisa Zotimova of AZ Real Estate. Spanning more than 2,500 square feet, the pad is relatively spacious for the center of London. And while the home itself may not be laden with amenities, the building offers a few perks: Residents have access to a communal garden on the ground level, secure underground parking, and a dedicated 24-hour concierge.<\/p>\n

Buying into the Carlton Gardens address may also make you neighbors with some well-known names. Back in 2019, the billionaire hedge funder Ken Griffin snapped up<\/a> the nearby 3 Carlton Gardens for a whopping $122 million. At the time, his purchase of the Georgian mansion with private gardens and a pool was the most expensive home sale in the United Kingdom since 2011.<\/p>\n
