Former Duke of York Andrew has reached out to King Charles close aides and shared his future plans with them.<\/p>\n
According to royal expert Rob Shuter, Princess Eugenie and Beatrice father has reassured his estranged brother King Charles that he will not flee Britain as scrutiny surrounding his ties to Jeffrey Epstein continues to hang over the monarchy. <\/p>\n
In his latest piece for substack, Rob Shuter has said, \u201cAndrew has quietly reached out to aides and senior members of King Charles III\u2019s inner circle to reassure them he has no plans to flee the country.\u201d<\/p>\n
Citing the royal insiders, the expert said there is no direct communication between King Charles and Andrew.<\/p>\n
\u201cAndrew has been communicating through the King\u2019s people \u2014 not with Charles personally,\u201d one palace insider reveals. \u201cThere\u2019s no direct contact there anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n
However, trust inside the royal family, has all but collapsed, the close insider said and added \u201cAndrew keeps insisting he has nothing to hide and nowhere to run.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut after years of scandals, almost nobody is willing to simply take him at his word.\u201d<\/p>\n
Andrew has not officially been ordered to surrender his passport, and while legally free to travel, insiders say he has largely imposed his own unofficial travel ban.<\/p>\n
The fresh claims came a week after palace confirmed delightful news about Andrew\u2019s daughter Princess Eugenie.<\/p>\n
