Also in the cast are Robin Morrissey as Phil,\u00a0Maddie Hansen as Gloria and Frazer Hadfield as Andy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"318\" data-end=\"607\">Set in a Yorkshire mining town in the 1990s, Brassed Off follows the Grimley brass band as the community faces the closure of its colliery.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"1157\">The company also includes Wendy Albiston as Vera, Andy Cryer as Jim, Ewen Cummins as Harry, Danielle Henry as Sandra, Alasdair Linn as Callum and cover, and Pauline Tomlin as Rita. The ensemble members and covers are Stacey Ghent and Pete Sowerby.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1277\" data-end=\"1479\">Adapted for the stage by Paul Allen, the production will feature live music performed by Horbury Victoria Brass Band and Wakefield Metropolitan Brass Band.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1689\">Four members of the Playhouse Youth Theatre will also appear in the production. Oliver Bowman and Stuart Naylor will share the role of Shane, while Aria Trijonyte and Maari Kent will share the role of Melody.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1691\" data-end=\"2173\">Leach said: \u201cBrassed Off is a wholeheartedly Northern celebration of the power of community and art, and I can\u2019t think of a better company of actors to tell this story with.
