With the Championship season now concluded, barring the play-offs, clubs across England’s second tier have started to confirm their retained and released lists ahead of the summer transfer window.<\/p>\n
Bristol City<\/a>, who at the time of writing remain managerless, are one of the sides yet to confirm the initial make-up of their ranks. The Robins and their counterparts across the EFL have until Saturday to reveal their retained lists<\/a> and tell their players if they wish to keep them beyond the end of their current contracts.<\/p>\n It is not unusual for clubs to leave the publication of their lists until the final stages of the week<\/a>. However, a handful of sides in the Championship have now announced which senior players will be leaving in the next couple of months, when their contracts expire.<\/p>\n READ MORE: Former Bristol City boss Liam Manning departs Huddersfield after period of compassionate leave<\/a>READ MORE: Yu Hirakawa and ex-Bristol City boss set for Wembley trip after Hull book play-off final spot<\/a><\/p>\n Oxford United, who will be plying their trade in League One following relegation this season, are the latest to reveal their retained list.<\/p>\n On Monday, the U’s confirmed that Przemys\u0142aw P\u0142acheta, Myles Peart-Harris, Hidde ter Avest, Owen Dale, Will Goodwin, Joshua Johnson, Jacob Knightbridge, Steph Negru, Tom Bradshaw and Stuart Findlay are all set to leave the Kassam Stadium this summer.<\/p>\n Placheta’s name may be one that catches the eye of City supporters. The winger scored the first of his three Championship goals this term in Oxford’s 3-1 win over the Robins at Ashton Gate<\/a> all the way back in September.<\/p>\n The 28-year-old’s left-footed volley on the stroke of half-time was nominated for the goal of the month award, alongside Anis Mehmeti’s effort in the same game<\/a>.<\/p>\n Peart-Harris joined the U’s on a short-term deal from Brentford in the January transfer window and made his league debut for Matt Bloomfield’s side against the Reds when they visited the Kassam Stadium in January<\/a>. This term, however, he played just 259 minutes of Championship football. Marcondes was similarly restricted to just seven league starts.<\/p>\n The only other club, at the time of writing, to confirm any free agent exits is QPR.
