BetterUP<\/p>\n<p>But his passion projects are his Invictus Games project for wounded soldiers and his philanthropy work. Harry also joined Silicon Valley mental-health start up,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.betterup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BetterUp<\/a>,\u00a0in 2021 as Chief Impact Officer, earning a rumored $1 million annual salary. <\/p>\n<p>Markle posted cute photos of her trip to Disneyland this weekend with  son, Prince Archie, daughter, Princess Lilibet, and Harry, alongside her mom, Doria Ragland. However, in August 2024, the Daily Beast reported that according to some staffers, Harry\u2019s duties with the company were nebulous, and one former employee told the outlet that the prince\u2019s day-to-day responsibilities included \u201czero things.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The report came amid tumultuous times for the company, which had laid off\u00a0approximately 16% of its workforce\u00a0after, according to two of the outlet\u2019s sources, the company failed to meet last year\u2019s revenue projections.
