Richard Keys wasn\u2019t impressed by Jarred Gillett as Leeds United<\/a> and Tottenham played out a draw on Monday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Whites travelled to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium knowing their place in the Premier League for next season is already secure.<\/p>\n

The same can\u2019t be said of the hosts, who continue to battle West Ham to avoid a drop into the Championship.<\/p>\n

Mathys Tel handed the North London club the lead with a stunning strike, but ultimately cost his side all three points on the night.<\/p>\n

The Frenchman gave away a penalty to hand Leeds the chance to snatch a point against Tottenham<\/a>, with Gillett coming under fire for his role in that decision.<\/p>\n

The Spurs man looked to clear the ball acrobatically, but on closer inspection at the pitchside monitor, he was deemed to have caught the Wales international in the face.<\/p>\n

Although the right decision was ultimately made, Keys was left unimpressed by the fact that Gillett didn\u2019t make the correct call himself.<\/p>\n

Taking to X, the broadcaster said: \u201cWhy couldn\u2019t Jarred Gillett give that pen last night? He was looking straight at it. <\/p>\n

Calvert-Lewin was given the chance to celebrate against Tottenham<\/a>, but that doesn\u2019t take away from how simple a decision it should have been.<\/p>\n

It seems clear enough from the footage that Tel\u2019s high foot made contact with the Leeds skipper inside the penalty area.<\/p>\n

The Elland Road outfit shared an image to social media of a sizable red mark and scratches on Ampadu\u2019s forehead with the caption, \u201cDoesn\u2019t touch him\u201d, and a melting face emoji.<\/p>\n
