Detailed planning consent has been granted for two units of 42,890 sq ft and 51,010 sq ft on a six-acre plot fronting Solihull Parkway.<\/p>\n<p>Diamond is targeting EPC A and BREEAM Excellent ratings. Environmental features will include PV solar panels, EV charging infrastructure, rainwater harvesting and air source heat pumps.<\/p>\n<p>Lysander Associates is the project manager on the scheme, with Blue Earth appointed as main contractor. Construction is already underway, and practical completion is scheduled for December 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Diamond represents the first new development at Birmingham Business Park since the completion of the Granite scheme in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Kenny Allan, head of industrial at commercial property agents KWB, said: \u201cBirmingham Business Park is the most established out-of-town business park in the Midlands.
