Included in that was the significant announcement of Red Bull becoming minority investors during our time in the Championship.<\/p>\n<p>Our partnership with the energy drinks giants obviously lends itself to the discussion of Leeds tapping into the vast scouting network and multi-club links that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leedsallover.com\/tag\/red-bull\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Red Bull<\/a> have to offer.<\/p>\n<p>RB Leipzig reportedly set for summer transfer window fire sale as Leeds United watch on<\/p>\n<p>Away from Elland Road, arguably Red Bull\u2019s most successful football venture RB Leipzig are looking at hard times this summer.<\/p>\n<p>According to German outlet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bild.de\/sport\/fussball\/rb-leipzig-kohle-transfers-vertraege-das-ist-der-plan-der-bosse-6a017c59453b15e1190747ad\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bild<\/a>, the Bundesliga club are in need of generating \u20ac113million through player sales in spite of qualifying for the Champions League.<\/p>\n<p>The report also outlines potential candidates for an exit. There is optimism that star teenage winger Yan Diomande will be retained for another season. <\/p>\n<p>Although, Castello Lukeba, Arthur Vermeeren (on loan at Marseille), Lutsharel Geertruida (on loan at Sunderland) and Eljif Elmas (on loan at Napoli) are earmarked as likely permanent exits.<\/p>\n<p>Leeds United must consider Red Bull transfer connection with RB Leipzig opportunity<\/p>\n<p>Given our Red Bull links, it\u2019s worth speculating if there are any players from their clubs that would be a good signing for Leeds this summer.<\/p>\n<p>With their need to recoup some funds this summer, Leeds might have a few bargains to explore.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leedsallover.com\/leeds-united-could-fast-track-transfers-with-win-v-burnley-view\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Xaver Schlager is out of contract this summer<\/a> and reportedly not keen on renewing. RB Leipzig may see his expiring contract as a means to cut costs further. <\/p>\n<p>A deep-lying midfielder Schalger could act as an alternative to the ruled-out Hidemasa Morita, serving as an upgrade on Ilia Gruev.<\/p>\n<p>Elmas, 26, could be another versatile option to add to our attacking midfield contingent, while boasting a serious set-piece delivery too.<\/p>\n<p>Attacking midfielder Christoph Baumgartner\u2019s output this season has been exceptional too.
