Leeds United supporters have voted James Justin\u2019s stunning overhead kick against Wolverhampton Wanderers as the club\u2019s JD Sports Goal of the Month, following a memorable strike at Elland Road.<\/p>\n
The 28-year-old, a summer arrival from Leicester City, produced a moment of brilliance in the 18th minute of Leeds\u2019 3-0 victory, capping off a relentless start from the hosts.<\/p>\n
After Ethan Ampadu saw his close-range effort superbly saved on the line by Dan Bentley, the ball looped invitingly into the air. Reacting in an instant, Justin adjusted his body and executed an outrageous bicycle kick that flew into the net, leaving supporters inside Elland Road in disbelief.<\/p>\n
It was Justin\u2019s third goal of the season, adding to strikes in the FA Cup win over Derby County at Pride Park and the draw against Everton at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.<\/p>\n
Leeds fans showed their appreciation in the monthly poll, with Justin\u2019s effort claiming 39% of the vote in a competitive field. Goals from Noah Okafor against Man Utd and Sean Longstaff versus Bournemouth each earned 27%, while Ao Tanaka\u2019s strike against West Ham picked up 7%.<\/p>\n

It was just instinct – the ball was up in the air, a split-second decision. I decided to go for it and, luckily, it found its way into the back of the net.<\/p>\n
I didn\u2019t see it go in, but I heard the roar of the crowd.<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve probably watched it about fifty times now.
