The guide price for the sale of the former public toilets in Brae has been slashed in half – with auctioneers continuing to suggest possible uses including holiday lets.<\/strong><\/p>\nAuction House Scotland initially listed the building last month with a guide price of \u00a310,000 for an online auction on 21st May.<\/p>\n
Now, the guide price has been reduced to \u00a35,000.<\/p>\n

It says they offer \u201coutstanding potential for redevelopment or conversion\u201d.<\/p>\n
