Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have unveiled a major staff shake-up after a tumultuous few months. The California-based couple have locked in Sarah Fosmo as their chief of staff and Lianne Cashin as their adviser, according to PEOPLE<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Sarah and Lianne have been appointed following a busy few months for the Duke<\/a>, 40, and Duchess of Sussex<\/a>, 43. Sarah – who previously worked for Bill Gates’ office for nearly six years<\/a> – has been appointed to oversee Meghan during a period of immense change and growth in her career.<\/p>\n

In the past two months, Meghan has launched her Netflix<\/a> show, ‘With Love, Meghan’, and her podcast, titled ‘Confessions of a Female Founder’. The former working royal has also launched her lifestyle company, As Ever<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Meghan’s major career moves and the pair’s roles were announced after Harry’s recent bombshell interview with the BBC<\/a>. Following the news that Harry lost his appeal to reinstate security when he was in the UK, Harry sat down with interviewer Nada Tawfik.<\/p>\n

In addition to releasing her own podcast, Meghan appeared on the IT Cosmetics founder Jamie Kern Lima’s podcast last month.<\/p>\n

Lianne was previously an assistant to Josh Kettler, who was previously Harry\u2019s former chief of staff. He left the position after a three-month trial period. She also used to be a personal assistant to Shaun White.<\/p>\n

According to her LinkedIn, Sarah is said to have left Bill Gates’ office in December 2024 – the same month that she joined Meghan and Harry.<\/p>\n

Her profile describes her as an “accomplished professional with an extensive, long-tenured career managing complex, high-stakes operations for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs)” – as well as someone who is “trusted with confidential matters.”<\/p>\n

Meghan and Harry’s former chief of staff, named Catherine St-Laurent, also previous worked for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.<\/p>\n
