Folks, it\u2019s finally happening<\/a>. Late last week, writer-director Matt Reeves gave fans their first snowy tease<\/a> of The Batman Part II, a film that was announced in 2022<\/a>. This week, he\u2019s continuing the slow drip of information by announcing several members of his cast on social media.<\/p>\n

The reveals began Wednesday afternoon with Reeves posting a GIF of Robert Pattinson on X.<\/p>\n

Now, clearly, Batman is going to be in this Batman movie. But then, an hour or so later, a second tweet came in.<\/p>\n

Will that include some new actors? For example, Marvel star Sebastian Stan recently confirmed reports that he\u2019ll appear in the film, presumably as Harvey Dent. Then there\u2019s also people like Scarlett Johansson, Barry Keoghan, and Charles Dance who are expected to be in it. We\u2019ll see what news Reeves brings later today.<\/p>\n

Originally slated for release in October 2025, which then became 2026, The Batman Part II is now coming on October 1, 2027. Filming is set to begin later this year. Are you ready for Reeves\u2019 return to his Epic Crime Saga?<\/p>\n
