A man has been arrested following a “disturbance” which took place on a bus travelling in Glasgow city centre<\/a> this afternoon (May 14). Police were alerted to the incident at around 3.10pm.<\/p>\n

A 45-year-old man was arrested in the Killermont Street area next to Buchanan Bus Station<\/a> following the alleged event. No injuries were reported.<\/p>\n

Police Scotland<\/a> have confirmed that enquiries into the incident are ongoing.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson said: “A 45-year-old man has been arrested in the Killermont Street area of Glasgow following a report of a man causing a disturbance on a bus around 3.10pm on Thursday, 14 May, 2026.<\/p>\n
