The Garmin Instinct 3 AMOLED and Instinct 3 Solar smartwatches are getting a new stable update: software version 14.14<\/a>. It arrives three months after the last major stable update, software version 13.26<\/a>, which added a Treadmill Walk activity, more personalization options for Morning Report and a Smart Wake alarm setting.

As seen in recent beta testing<\/a>, Garmin\u2019s Instinct 3 smartwatches get a new Stocks glance with software version 14.14. Here, users can view the current price of their selected ticker. Other additions include a Mobility app, a Recovery Time glance and a Morning Report card. On top of this, the wearables now support the Backup and Restore function, as well as the Workout Execution Score.\u00a0

Software version 14.14 brings a range of improvements and bug fixes to the Garmin Instinct 3 series watches. The change log points to updated training guidance, which can now account for recent diving activities, as well as enhanced translations. The company has also tackled bugs linked to inReach messages, Interval Workouts and navigating to a pre-saved location.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

You can view the complete change log for Garmin\u2019s software version 14.14 below. According to a post in the Garmin forum, this update is now available for all users of the Instinct 3 AMOLED and Instinct 3 Solar smartwatches. It is unclear when this update will be rolled out to users of the Instinct Crossover smartwatch (curr. $549.99 at Amazon<\/a>). <\/p>\n
