A new recruitment event, Not Another Job Fair, will take place at the Kimpton Hotel, Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, from 10:00 to 13:00<\/strong>, offering a more structured and outcome-focused experience for both employers and jobseekers.<\/p>\n

Developed to improve upon traditional job fair models, the event is designed to facilitate meaningful engagement between businesses and candidates, with a strong emphasis on active hiring and immediate opportunities.<\/p>\n

Supporting Efficient Recruitment for Businesses<\/strong><\/p>\n

The event provides employers with the opportunity to connect directly with candidates who are actively seeking employment and are aligned with their requirements. Upon arrival, candidates will be welcomed by the event team, assessed based on their skills and career goals, and directed to the most relevant organisations. This approach enables businesses to engage with suitable applicants more efficiently.<\/p>\n

Employers may conduct interviews on the day, although participation in on-the-spot interviews is optional. The event also includes a dedicated support area where candidates can receive CV guidance and interview preparation, helping to ensure productive and well-prepared interactions.<\/p>\n
