Facebook\/Melissa Rein Lively<\/p>\n The bust stems from an attack in which the couple clashed with a woman and her sister as they entered the Bond Street station with two young children on the evening of Oct. 11, according to cops.<\/p>\n The pair collided with a stroller that one of the women was pushing \u2014 prompting Lively to allegedly pull the victim\u2019s hair, as Ostermann shouted racist slurs and pepper-sprayed the family, police said.<\/p>\n \u201cThe man then began shouting racial abuse at the victim and her family, before the woman grabbed her hair,\u201d police said at the time.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen the victim tried to defend herself, the man pulled out a small bottle and said it was pepper spray before spraying it in the direction of the victim and her family,\u201d police said. \u201cThe woman shouted abuse and made lewd gestures at them before both parties left the area.\u201d<\/p>\n Lively\u2019s partner, Philipp Ostermann, a 37-year-old German financier, faces two racially aggravated public order charges, and a public order offense, cops told The Independent.
