Google Image.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  A planning report said: \u201cThe proposal involves the re\u2011use of an existing vacant commercial unit within an established mixed\u2011use area.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cThe proposal would support a small independent business and contribute to local economic activity.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The planning application said Edges Pizza had been successful in a residency at\u00a0Green Room bar\u00a0on nearby Wellington Street last summer.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The proposed opening hours of the new shop were 3pm-10pm daily, the report said.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The council assessed the potential impact of noise and odour on people living near Fourth Court, a row of seven commercial units.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The report said: \u201cThe scale of the unit, controlled hours of operation and collection\u2011only model would limit potential impacts arising from noise, disturbance and activity.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cNo external seating is proposed and no food would be consumed on the premises.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Edges Pizza applied to convert a vacant railway arch at Fourth Court on Bridge Road in Holbeck.
