Located just over an hour\u2019s drive from the city you will find Moddershall Oaks, a family-run luxury spa retreat that prides itself on being an \u201cimmersive escape from the pressures of modern life\u201d.<\/a><\/p>\n

Complete with a lakeside landscape<\/a>, guests can enjoy treatments in a cosy, converted farmhouse spa, unwind in the new Woodland Pods, and dine at the recently refurbished Oak House Balcony Bar & Restaurant.<\/p>\n

The venue has won four tourism awards, including Experience of the Year for their Luxe Spa Break, and Small Serviced Accommodation of the Year for their Suites and Woodland Pods. They were also shortlisted for the Good Spa Guide Awards for \u2018Best Spa for Wellness\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Experience of the Year award means a great deal to us, particularly as it celebrates our Luxe Spa Break, which is designed to be completely tailored to each guest, with treatments personalised to their individual needs.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re also really proud of the recognition for our Suites and Woodland Pods in the Small Serviced Accommodation category. The pods only opened in 2025, so to already be receiving awards for them is a fantastic early milestone and a real credit to how they\u2019ve been received by guests.\u201d<\/p>\n

Set within 72 acres of peaceful countryside and a private lake, the retreat combines luxury spa experiences, accommodation, and dining.<\/p>\n
