Transport for Wales has alerted passengers to the impact on the <a aria-label=\"\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailypost.co.uk\/all-about\/holyhead\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"\">Holyhead<\/a> to Chester and Holyhead to Cardiff Central services.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">A TfW update this morning said: &#8220;Due to engineering works not being finished on time at Rhyl (RHL): We expect the incident to last until 06:21 and disruption to services is expected until 11:45.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;We have been made aware of engineering works not being finished on time near Rhyl, on the Chester &#8211; Holyhead route.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">As a result, the following Transport for Wales services have been affected.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"UnorderedList_unordered-list__gzblI\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"unordered-list\">\n<li class=\"LiItem_li-item__IF4xI\">06:21 Chester &#8211; Holyhead service has been cancelled.<\/li>\n<li class=\"LiItem_li-item__IF4xI\">10:17 Holyhead &#8211; Cardiff Central service will now start at Chester.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The TfW update added: &#8220;Our services between Chester and Holyhead are disrupted in both directions. We expect the incident to be cleared by 08:00. These will arrive at:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"UnorderedList_unordered-list__gzblI\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"unordered-list\">\n<li class=\"LiItem_li-item__IF4xI\">Chester at 07:00 calling all stops to Holyhead, provided by Keanes Coaches.<\/li>\n<li class=\"LiItem_li-item__IF4xI\">Holyhead at 10:17 calling all stops to Chester, provided by Keanes Coaches.<\/li>\n<li class=\"LiItem_li-item__IF4xI\">Llandudno Junction at 11:22 calling all stops to Chester, provided by Keanes Coaches.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;These arrangements are in place on services until 11:45.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;Road Transport will take longer than rail services.
